Olsen’s life was one color, beginning in his hometown of Logan, Utah, to Utah State University, where he was in school the best interior lineman and won a foreigner to prove it. He also dealt with other roles, including starring in a series of its own, “Father Murphy” playing the character Jonathan Garvey on NBC’s “Little House on the Prairie”, and to serve as spokesman for FTD florists in commercials.

Merlin Olsen was taken by mesothelioma, but leaves behind a long series of memories and awards, including access to the College Football Hall of Fame in 1980, and the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1982, and NFL most valuable player in 1974, according to the selection of the Maxwell Club in Philadelphia, and shall be voted in the Pro Bowl 14 of his 15 years with the Rams.

Mr. O’Brien has informed fans that he will add second shows in New York, Chicago and Boston.  As  Mr Conan O’Brein Tour details were out the fans will not have to wait much longer. Their favorite late-night comedian performances will start again from April 12 in Eugene, Ore. as part of Mr. O’Brien’s 30-city tour.

Mr. O’Brien announced the details of the tour in a message to his followers on Twitter on Thursday morning.

Team Coco also sent out a release in which Mr. O’Brien described his reasons for doing the tour. “It was either a massive 30-city tour or start helping out around the house,” Mr. O’Brien said.

The release also indicated that the tour is being sponsored by American Express, and ticket prices will start at $39.50. The release also promised that each show would be “a night of music, comedy, hugging and the occasional awkward silence.” (more…)

On the Oscars Red Carpet Kristen Stewart seemed less awkward and smiling at cameras.

The “Twilight” star looked stunning in strapless midnight blue Monique Lhuillier gown. Kristen topped off her look with a classy diamond bracelet by H. Stern.

I think she looks great; the gown’s color matched her skin. She’s pretty.

This dress is gorgeous, but her hair is lackluster and it looks like she’s not wearing heels. Also, I’d like to see her make an un-tardy face for a change.

She looks better than her usual outfits. Doesn’t look like she likes it though.

Jamie Jungers came out as winner in Radio magnate Howard Stern’s long-awaited beauty pageant for Tiger Woods’ mistresses on Wednesday.

Jamie Jungers won $75,000 cash prize. Jamie Jungers’ win came after she answered most of the leering questions the radio legend threw her way, including those about Woods’ anatomical endowments. She’s a classy chick, no doubt.

Also vying for the prize were ex-mistresses Loredana Jolie and Jaimee Grubbs, who is said to have won $15,000 for finishing in second place. (more…)

The Lost Boys actor Corey Haim has died aged 38, the Los Angeles coroner’s office has confirmed.

A spokeswoman said he passed away in the early hours of Wednesday morning at Providence St Joseph Medical Centre.

Corey Haim will probably be remembered best for 1987’s ’The Lost Boys,’ which launched his long friendship on- and off-screen with Corey Feldman. Sadly, he’ll also be remembered for his quarter-century-long battle with drug and alcohol abuse, which marred his adult career and led to several attempts at a comeback.

Haim was a fresh-faced presence, light and funny, but not without a dark edge. Many of us grew up watching him as the short, skinny kid in films like the genuinely sweet band-geek/football drama ’Lucas’ and Steven King’s werewolf thriller, ’Silver Bullet.’ (more…)
