The Biggest Loser is Chicagoan Michael Venrella, 30, dropped 264 pounds in the season to weigh in at 262, for a 50.19 percent weight loss, narrowly won the ninth season of “The Biggest Loser” Tuesday, earning $250,000. To do so, he beat Ashley Johnston, 27, of Knoxville, Tenn., who weighed in at 191 pounds and lost 183 pounds for a 48.93 percent weight loss.
A national study conducted by Mediacurves.com among 3,901 American Idol viewers found that Crystal Bowersox was selected as the contestant who should win American Idol Season 9 during the show finale tonight.
